That rifle seems a bit big for him... But you did a good job of making him very mysterious as I can't tell eho it is. It doesn't look like shadow to me.
And I have a question.
Why does he say Dot, Dot, Dot, Dot, Dot.
And why is sonic on a random adventure, is eggman doing something again? This story needs a lot of work if its trying to be serious, plus the level looks extremely barren with no Rings, and then theres a random building with a different graphics style than what sonic is on.

Second of all: I think I need to work on those shadow effects, but at least I seem to have gotten the hang of text bubbles.
Third of all: NO, HE IS NOT TALKING TO THE VOICES IN HIS HEAD. HE IS USING A RADIO THING.
